Tata Motors Nepal Introduces Annual Maintenance Care Package, “Care+” in Nepal

Tata Motors Nepal jointly with Sipradi Trading has launched “Tata Motors Care+”, an annual maintenance service package in Nepal. Care + is a maintenance plan that guarantees savings and protection against labor charges inflation during the running of the vehicle.

Although Tata Motors currently sells nine different models in the Nepalese market, however, the Care+ is offered currently only on Tata Nexon Petrol. The company promises to extend its services to other models in the near future.

Care+ covers scheduled maintenance services at periodic intervals of Kms for labor. Services are covered as per Tata Motors' recommendation at intervals as indicated in the service schedule to the extent you are liable to pay under the Free services scheme, scheduled services labor, wheel alignment and washing of the vehicle.

The exclusions are charges (Labor + Parts + Consumables) for any repairs not mentioned above, charges not covered under schedule maintenance service, and service on the basis of Month/Year/Kms elapsed.

Customers can purchase Care+ within 365 days and before 15500 Kms from the date of sale of the vehicle.

Care+ package would be available across all 24 service centers from Sipradi.
